"What do you see (vision) yourself doing most often in your daydreams and night dreams? Are you climbing mountains, or nursing someone back to health? Making speeches to an audience, or writing at a desk?
The thing you see yourself doing most often in the workshop of your mind, that you ‘envision’ as the pursuit of your life, may be the same activity you are actually performing in the world. If so, you are likely feeling aligned between your inner-self and your outer-self.
However, there are times in our lives when our 'vision' of who we see ourselves to be, and what we are occupied doing out of necessity and circumstances, is not aligned with the vision we have for ourselves in the workshop of our mind. It is one of the oldest stories in human history.
To turn a vision of oneself into a tangible result requires skill, and the right tools for the job. This is Making a Masterpiece of Your Life."
